Aldourie Castle Estate

The Aldourie Castle Estate is a 487 acre estate on the shore of Loch Ness, approximately six miles to the west of Inverness, the capital of the Highlands. The Aldourie Castle Estate was purchased in 2002 by Rural Concepts Group. After an extensive refurbishment project over eight years, Aldourie Castle won UK Restoration of the Year in 2011 and is now available for exclusive use hire. There are also a number of cottages in the grounds available as holiday lettings. Rural Concepts Group has secured planning permission for the Estate to extend its offering, which will progress over the coming years. It was recently sold and operates within the same format.

Marske Holiday Apartments

The project is an exciting and rare heritage development opportunity to convert a Grade II Listed Building into twelve holiday apartments, situated in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales – a highly regarded tourist destination. The local area is known as Marske and the building is the old Stable Courtyard and Estate Yard which once belonged to the nearby Marske Hall country historic house.

Land Rover Experience Centre

Rural Concepts Group was instrumental in the development of a new Land Rover Experience Centre. The brief was to create a site which would allow Jaguar Land Rover to demonstrate every aspect of their fleet of vehicles to give customers increased confidence in all driving conditions, whilst ensuring that environmental concerns were fully addressed. The Centre that has been created is a model of countryside diversity and a real flagship centre for Jaguar Land Rover. Environmental awareness is assured by refurbishment of redundant farm buildings which are heated using biomass.

Pharma Farmer

Rural Concepts Group is developing a state-of-the-art Bioscience Centre at Skinner Ground. Building on the success of the existing development, known medical companies were seeking more space and updated facilities. Rural Concepts Group have facilitated the creation of a new development, fitted with advanced equipment and the most progressive technologies available.

Avalon Wellbeing Centre

Currently in progress, Rural Concepts Group is managing the development of an innovative new Wellbeing Centre called Avalon. The centre will comprise an 18m indoor swimming pool, spa pool, sauna and steam room, in addition to contemporary and stylish facilities for treatments and classes.
