What we are doing
Rural Concepts Group is creating a high quality holiday destination incorporating a 17th century castle, traditional estate cottages, redeveloped Steadings units all in a Scottish baronial style, with extensive leisure facilities.
Phase One: Now complete
The refurbishment of the Castle, three estate cottages, the improvement of infrastructure and extensive landscaping including the 19th century arboretum, pier and historic landscape.
Phase Two:
The creation of nine holiday units in the Marina area, each with fantastic views of the Loch.
Phase Three:
The refurbishment and extension of the Steadings units creating 60 holiday units with Spa and brasserie.
