The executive chairman and driving force of the organisation is Roger Tempest, whose experience in the industry is wide ranging, having developed Broughton Hall Estate into a successful business park during the 1990s. He has since been involved in a substantial number of other developments in the heritage and rural environments.
With over 25 years experience in the construction industry, each member of the team has their own specialisation, from procurement to technology. The core team is also complemented by members with specific knowledge relating to the projects at hand, for example operational management, tourism, and commercial management.
